About Us
At Sublime Organics, we strive to provide quality organic produce, meats, and eggs to the local community. Our mission is to produce a diverse selection of fruits, vegetables, and livestock, that support and enhance one another creating a sustainable agricultural foundation. All of our livestock is treated to the utmost human standards and live with access to pasture their entire life.
We practice zero waste principles, utilizing every by-product and recycling what can’t be used for feed or fertilizer.
Providing for a healthy environment is a priority and a substantial portion of our farm is set aside for conservation. We maintain watershed and wetland buffers, as well as are establishing healthy hedgerows for wildlife habitat, and in doing so maintain Salmon Safe Certification.
We take conservation seriously. On our 67 acre farm, we have over 23 acres set aside specifically for wildlife habitat and watershed/wetland reserve. We are sanctuary to an endangered plant, Bradshaw’s desert parsley (Lomatium bradshawii) which thrives in our unique wetlands that sits on top of a basalt lens, and have a Partner Agreement with USFW Service to help maintain it's unique habitat.
Our farm is also home to many species of birds of prey, songbirds, waterfowl, and animals which most of the time live in harmony with our farming operations.
Sublime organics limits it’s carbon footprint and helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions by utilizing solar energy. We also have a rainwater catchment system to help supplement our irrigation needs, saving precious groundwater.
Partial growing list includes: multi varieties of onions, garlic, potatoes, lettuce greens, kale, swiss chard, tomatoes, squash, corn, peas, beans, radish, carrots, turnips, rutabaga, parsnips, peppers, cucumbers, raspberries, blackberries, apples, pears, range-fed beef, lamb, goat, whole duck, duck eggs…….and the list goes on.
