Producer

We raise 280 head of Scottish Highland cattle on 300 acres in the Molalla area. They are exclusively grass fed and grass finished - just as they naturally evolved over the centuries in Scotland.

We raise our animals exclusively on grass, brush, hay and haylage. The cattle themselves are our primary form of brush and weed control. We use no growth hormones or other artificial stimulants.
